Laundry and Food services use separate elevators located at the north and south. The ground level lobby includes central reception, indoor & outdoor lounges, dining opportunities, banquet halls. The outdoor dining areas are arranged along the north to enjoy the future park space and sea views. Leisure facilities located on the 13th floor include Spa Area, Fitness Studio, and Business Center, while panoramic views of the Quatari Coast are available from the rooftop pool, bar and lounge. The drop-off area is centrally located welcoming the guests with cooling ponds and lush vegetation. The two basement levels contain a majority of the parking, entering and exiting from the southwest ramp, while accessible parking is available at the east on the ground level.
